I have been informed by me 13-year-old son that I may no longer drink a margarita from the Captain Kirk glass on our weekly "Star Trek and Pizza" night, because "drinking is bad."

(FYI, I get Kirk, Lisa gets McCoy, the boy gets Spock and Lauren gets Uhura) I remind him that even Kirk drank a glass or two of "tranya" in "The Corbomite Maneuver," but this does not sway him.

I'm glad he paid attention at the D.A.R.E. class at school, but jeez. Now excuse me while I go have a drink in the closet.
