Before you jump in the shower, you can put this on your elbows, knees, heels... wherever you feel dry. Then, just let it come off naturally in the shower. Your skin will feel great! Need some extra moisturizing? Put it on all over your body after you get out of the shower. But it is an oil... so remember a little goes a long way! Be sure to towel off after you apply.
