My wife and I decided to lay low this Valentine's Day, with it being in the middle of the week and all and turns out, I lucked out because the experts are saying that going out big to a restaurant on Valentine's Day may not be the best plan.

First, you want undivided, quality service.  With EVERYONE going out on Valentine's Day, the wait staff will undoubtedly be stretched.  Plus the kitchen is having toe keep up.

Read all the reasons why maybe a quiet night at home, or road trip might be a better solution.

Should start planning a Valentine's Day dinner/evening for the person you JUST started dating? According to a new survey, 79% of people say you should NOT go to dinner on Valentine's Day with someone you started dating in 2013. 42% say you should only go with someone you've been dating around two months, and 37% say it has to be three months.

There just seems like there is a lot of stress. I'm just glad that I have been with my wife long enough to manage...and maybe sometimes, lower, expectations. Ha!
