- Timex conducted a survey recently, that we discussed on the Morning Wake-Up today, and asked people how late someone needed to be to actually be considered late - the results:
--Work. The average person says as long as you're less than FOUR MINUTES late you can get away with it.
--First date. Anything under four-and-a-half minutes late won't be considered late.
--Interview. The average person said you can get away with being two minutes late.
--Family event. The average person said your mom won't be upset you're late as long as you get there within 13-and-a-half minutes of the starting time.
