It starts with the fact that today is April 15th, Tax Day! But also consider that it was on this date in 1865 that President Lincoln died, and, in 1912, that the Titanic sunk ... good reason for it to be "That Sucks Day"
If you’re not ready for Tax Day, you can file an automatic six-month extension with the IRS and receive no late penalties. Fill out form 4868 and submit it to the IRS on or before Monday, April 15. If you're filing the form electronically, it must be submitted by midnight on Monday. If you're mailing it in, it must be postmarked April 15. Failure to NOT file anything will cost you: You'll be charged 5 percent of your unpaid taxes every month that your return is late, up to 25 percent, with a minimum penalty of $135. The failure-to-file penalty is harsher than the failure-to-pay penalty, so if you're short on cash, the best thing to do is file on time (completed tax forms or an extension) and pay as much as you can. Here’s a link to the form: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4868.pdf Remember, taxes you owe are still due on April 15, extension or not.

Happy 47th birthday to the woman that was the "Page 3 Girl of the Year" from 1984 - 1986 in England. Page 3 of the English tabloids is where you'll find pictures of the scantily clothed girls. She had the looks, but could she really sing? We celebrate her birthday with her biggest hit, from 1988, Samatha Fox as today's "Lost 80s Classic"
